You now own everything we’ve built together. This checklist runs through what we’ve delivered, what’s been set up, and what you might want to keep an eye on. It’s not homework - just a clear record of what’s sorted and what’s yours.
✅ Access
- You’ve got full admin access to your site, files, or campaigns
- Any platforms we used (Webflow, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, etc.) are now under your control
- If there are any logins you don’t have, let us know - we’ll sort it
✅ Files
- Final files are shared and backed up - logos, design assets, edited videos, etc.
- Everything is delivered in usable formats
- Let us know if you need help finding anything later — we keep a backup
✅ Hosting & Domains (for websites)
- Hosting is set up and paid for - we don’t own it, you do
- Domain is connected and live
- SSL certificate is active (that’s the padlock in the browser)
✅ Tracking & Performance
- Google Analytics is set up
- Basic SEO is in place (title tags, meta descriptions, alt text, page speed)
- Performance settings have been tested - and will be monitored for the first week post-launch
✅ Support
- You’ve got access to Linford Support (this site)
- You know what’s covered in your support window
- You’ve got our contact details for anything else
✅ Referral Link (Optional)
