What Happens After Launch

You’re live. Here’s what we’re doing behind the scenes.

Once your project goes live, a few things start happening in the background. You might not see them — but they matter.

Here’s what we’re taking care of, and what you can expect in the first week:

1. We’re still watching

Just because we’ve launched doesn’t mean we’ve logged off. We keep an eye on performance, test how everything’s working, and fix anything that’s a bit off. It’s like a soft launch - but quieter.

2. Analytics is running

If it’s a website, we’ve already set up Google Analytics. If it’s a campaign, we’ve set up tracking. Either way, data’s already being collected. Want to see it? Just ask and we’ll share the dashboard.

3. You’ll get a few check-ins

We’ll be in touch over the first few days - just to make sure things are smooth, and to answer anything that pops up once you’re actually using the thing.

4. You now own it

Your site, your brand files, your ad account - whatever we’ve delivered, it’s now yours. We’ve documented the handover in your Offboarding Checklist (that’s up next).

5. Support doesn’t stop here

If something breaks, confuses you, or just needs a second opinion - reach out. We’ll tell you honestly whether it’s included in your support or needs a fresh scope. No faff. No fence-sitting.

You’re not expected to remember all of this. That’s why this support site exists.
