What’s Covered (and What’s Not)

A clear line between support and new work.

We’re here to help. That’s not in doubt. But it’s useful to know what kind of help is included in your support — and what counts as a new project.

No surprises. No vague replies. Just clarity.

✅ What we’ll always cover (free during support window)

These are fixes and adjustments we’ll sort without question:

  • Bugs and glitches on things we’ve built
  • Formatting issues (text not wrapping properly, layout breaking on mobile, etc)
  • Clarifying how to use your CMS or manage what we’ve handed over
  • Fixing links, replacing broken assets, or correcting anything we’ve missed

If it’s our fault, we’ll fix it. If it’s something you’re confused about, we’ll explain it.

🚧 What’s not included (but we can help with)

These are things outside the original scope of work. They’re not covered by support, but we’re happy to help if you want to take them on:

  • New pages or templates
  • Design changes outside of the original brief
  • Major CMS structure changes (e.g. adding a new blog or section)
  • Editing video content or reshooting media
  • Ongoing SEO or advertising work
  • Strategy or consulting outside the original project

If you’re not sure, just ask. We’ll tell you clearly if it’s in scope, out of scope, or needs a new quote.

🧠 Our rule of thumb

If it’s broken, we fix it.

If it’s unclear, we explain it.

If it’s something new, we’ll quote it.

No hidden charges. No dodgy upsells. Just honesty.
