Updating Your Payment Method

How to add or change your card or bank details.

If you’re on a subscription or have saved a card for future use, you can update your payment method at any time through the Linford Payment Portal at pay.linford.io.

Here’s how to do it quickly and safely.

Step 1: Log in

Go to pay.linford.io

Enter the email address we used for your billing setup

You’ll receive a one-time login link by email

Click the link to access your billing dashboard.

Step 2: Manage your payment methods

Once inside, go to the “Payment Methods” section.

Here you can:

  • Add a new debit or credit card
  • Remove an old card
  • Set a default method for future invoices

If you’re on a retainer or subscription, your new default card will be used for the next payment automatically.

Step 3: Save your changes

After updating your payment method, make sure to click “Save” or “Set as default” if that option appears. Your changes will apply immediately.

Want to switch to bank transfer?

For large invoices or regular monthly billing, we can enable direct bank payments. Let us know and we’ll set that up for you.

Secure by default

All payment data is handled through Stripe. Linford does not store or see your card details. You stay in control of what’s saved and can update it at any time.
