Need an invoice for your records? Looking for a past receipt to share with your finance team? You can access your full billing history at any time through the Linford Payment Portal.
Here’s how to find what you need.
Step 1: Go to the portal
Visit pay.linford.io
Enter your billing email
Click the login link sent to your inbox
This gives you access to your full billing dashboard, no password required.
Step 2: View your invoice history
Once logged in, you’ll see a list of all past invoices, whether they’re paid, unpaid, or overdue.
Each entry shows:
- Invoice number
- Date issued
- Payment status
- Total amount
Click any invoice to open a full breakdown.
Step 3: Download or print
In the top corner of each invoice, you’ll see a “Download PDF” button. Use this to save a copy for your records or print it if needed.
Receipts are automatically emailed after payment, but you can re-download them at any time.
