If you’re working with us on a monthly plan, subscription, or retainer, you can enable auto-pay through the Linford Payment Portal. This saves time and keeps your account in good standing without needing reminders.
Here’s how to set it up.
Step 1: Log in to the portal
Go to pay.linford.io
Enter your billing email and use the login link sent to your inbox
Once you’re in, you’ll see your billing dashboard with current and past invoices.
Step 2: Add a default payment method
Go to the “Payment Methods” section
Add a card or bank account if there isn’t one saved already
Click “Set as default” to use it for future payments
Stripe will automatically use this method when your next invoice is due.]
Step 3: Confirm auto-pay is active
If you’re subscribed to a service or on a monthly retainer, auto-pay will be enabled by default once a valid payment method is set.
You’ll still receive an invoice by email before each charge, so you know what’s coming and when.
Need to pause or stop auto-pay?
If you want to change your billing setup, update the card, or switch to manual payments, just contact us. We’ll adjust the settings for you and confirm when it’s done.
You’re always in control
Auto-pay is optional and can be turned off at any time. Payment reminders still go out as usual, and receipts are emailed after each transaction.
